James,
I've been working on just that. Are you interested in Niwka?? If so,
you'll need a radio capable of receiving the signal.
Have identified the AD 7020 as a likely candidate. The dev boards are
quite steep around 200 us.
Need a LO and a mixer to down convert to uhf.
Hittite makes a mixer with a dev board for 16 us plus shipping via eBay;.
DEMI makes a preamp for this band.
No trips to AES or HRO for this Homebrew only!!!!
