I am curious has anyone heard anything?

I know all three objects are technically satellites, but I am guessing three
objects means (satellite, final stage booster, and ????)

Below are the KEPs for the three satellites launched by North Korea
on 12-12-2012 as recorded by SpaceTrack.

The frequency of the beacon is reported to be around
470 MHz.
