[amsat-bb] MaSat-1 TLE

  I just noticed that in the list of TLEs from Celestrak, there is a group
called "vega launch" which has the satellites by name. The vega launch set
has MaSat as object F, which is about 4 minutes ahead of object D that
people seem to be using for MaSat-1. I  haven't had a chance to check it
out compared to actual aos times.

I might also be experiencing a "before coffee" moment.
