[amsat-bb] Early Satellite WAC awards

Hi,
 
I'm trying to track down the holders of early satellite Worked All  
Continents awards, earned before the era of Phase III satellites.  Mine is  No. 6, 
dated 26 July 1983.  I had the six QSOs logged two years before  that, but 
it took that long to get a QSL from UA0BBN (tnx to Leo, UA3CR (SK) for  
helping to get it).  I know W0CA (SK) held satellite WAC No. 1.  Can  anyone help 
fill in the holders of Nos. 2-5?
