No more than $100.  I actually think they are about worthless based on 
the current radios available and the age unless you are just into 
vintage radios.  What are you going to use it for?  I had a 251A as my 
first two-meter rig for weak-signal work.  It was deaf.  It HAD to have 
an outboard preamp.  None of this generation of radios were very 
sensitive based on the technology used at the time. 

I would say it might be a great radio for your repeater work.
