So far, all the keps I've used (including the ones from the webpage
below) seem to put RS-39 essentially right on top of Progress M13...
So, at this point--it's hard for me to blame the keps as the reason
for not hearing the new bird this morning.
Anybody have keps that place RS-39 far off of Progess M13??
