Ted Rappaport sends his best regards and greetings to all.  Ted and I are
trying to get into some trouble together here in Virginia and in NYC which
I will share with the few of you who would care in private.

I add my congratulations to Tom and apologize for work keeping me from
joining Ted and him and my other friends for his receipt of the honor.
