Personally, I would have privately emailed him and explained the situation ... BEFORE publicly demeaning 
him in any public message forum.

And I just sent him a private, polite email. Nothing accusatory. No calling him an "alligator" or "intentional 
interference source." 

Let's see what we get as a response.
