You need the book " The ARRL UHF/MICROWAVE
Experimenters Manual
ARRL Order No 3126 and ISBN 0-87259-312-6

And also:

The ARRL UHF/Microwave Project Manual
ARRL Order No 4491 and ISBN 0-87259-449-1

The latter contains the contruction of :
"A Single-Board, No-Tune Transverter for 5760 MHz"

The article written by Rick Campbell, KK7B contains all
PCB plains and a list of material needed for it.
