The other way to look at this is, they have the wherewithal to get
something launched and we don't. If they play nice, we'll play nice.
It's no extra hassle to receive and pass on the downlink telemetry from
this sat, and hey maybe if they fly a bent pipe for us on the next one
we'll help them out even more!
