Perhaps the FCC and Cosmogia, Inc. have reconciled the objections to the use of 145.825 MHz for one of their telemetry down links. In the below link: https://apps.fcc.gov/els/GetAtt.html?id=123425&x= the down links for Dove-2 are 2.4 and 8.2 GHz. 145.825 MHz is not mentioned as it was in the ODAR for Dove-1 -- Regards...Bill Ress - N6GHz
