[amsat-bb] FW: [keps] orb12264.2l.amsat

I have asked the question before and never really got an answer so I am
asking it again.

Ray Hoad, WA5QGD, keeper of the AMSAT Keps distribution, works pretty hard
to aggregate the keps for the different satellites, some pure Ham, some
University Cubesats, a few weather sats and even the Hubble telescope.  Well
even though these orbital elements come out on a weekly basis, the "Passes"
page of the AMSAT.org web site does not include any of the new satellites
beyond HO-68.

My request is that our web master please update the dropdown script to match
the current keps distribution so that users of the site can easily find pass
times for all the newer satellites out there.
