[amsat-bb] CO-65 Digi-ON #2

I succeeded in digipeating via CO-65 9k6 today after an interval of
several months.

Uplink   1267.600 MHz
Downlink  437.475 MHz, 9600bps GMSK

This system of CO-65 should be able to operate when it's not in range
of Japan.
