[amsat-bb] Re: South American station on AO-7

Good evening,
Just after AOS on AO-7 this afternoon around 2117Z, I heard a station
alling with the suffix RAS. He never was heard after that. I was just
urious who that could have been. I assume it's a station from South
merica and I heard him just before his LOS. Anybody have any ideas?
