the program supports the sub tone function of the FT-857 for woking SO-50.
If you configure the Icom as Radio 1 and the FT-817 as Radio 2 the 817
will transmit on 2m with FO-29, SO-50. Choose SO-50 and click the control T
to T1 or T2. A little "T" will appear in the display. The program will
correctly set the 67.0 and 74.4 tone frequency on the FT-817.
In menu "Radio Setup" check (only) the option "Autom. Rx/Tx Change" With
VO-52 and AO-07 mode B the FT-817 will then work as RX, so you can leave it
at the 2m antenna.
To work AO-07 mode A use a second "Configuration" (menu Setup). Configure
again the Icom as Radio 1 and the FT-817. Leave all options unchecked. With
AO-07 mode A the Icom will then receive on 10 m and the FT-817 will transmit
on 2m.
