Mike,

Yes!  Due to Martha's bad leg, and issues with the palatial AMSAT-NA headquarters which have rendered
it periodically uninhabitable, we have not been able to begin shipping.  Martha's leg is coming along
well, and the power, heat, and elevator service are in the process of being restored, so it should be
available "soon."  

Seriously, it has been the perfect storm.  The hard copy will be first, with a CD available later.
When we are able to ship, we will announce that through the various AMSAT news outlets.  I have mine
from the meeting, and it is an excellent issue.
