[amsat-bb] Re: SATPC32 KEPS in Groups

As per instructions AO 73 was entered under Groups / Diverse.  I am sure 
that it updated before because it has a date of Dec 7 2013.

The Standard and ISS updated today Dec 10 13, but Diverse did not update.
