Joe,

You can use listmaint at amsat.org. However, we are aware of the situation. From the report, "SpamCop
users have reported system as a source of spam less than 10 times in the past week." works out to
about 1 a day, or less. Just enough to keep the blacklist in place. That means it may be only one
computer, and SpamCop makes it impossible to locate a single user.

<	Joe,

<	This is a problem which has been around for some time,
<and is getting worse. Small ISPs, and some
<	larger ones, use spam control programs such as Spam Cop
<and Iron Key. They have various ways of
<	detecting spam sources, and these are blocked at the
<ISP level, so you never see the messages sent to
<	you. Unfortunately they block entire domains, such as
<AMSAT.ORG, usually for 24 hours unless the

<a 50-50 chance of getting a bounce message
<	when you send a message.
<
<	I have to get my internet from a small rural phone

<	When I found out about a problem, I could contact their
<tech people who were good about fixing it, but
<	the same thing might happen the next day. I finally

<	dare block them, and they have resources to handle
