I worked him twice, back in '93 via AO-13 Mode-B, SSB. I gave him a 58
each time. (My reports weren't so good!) Our first contact was a brief
one, on the first weekend I ever operated satellite. The bird was
crowded and I didn't really know what I was doing. The second QSO later
in the year was a bit more of a ragchew.
I'm looking at his QSL card right now.
Please QSP condolences to the family from this DX station.
