The dongle with the 820T chip starts at about 12 meters and goes to nearly
1.7 ghz,
so you can use the dongle itself (without up converter) for anything above
HF. It will also receive FM stereo.
...Unless you are using the up converter with some other device.

I think I would want to go a little more than 100 MHz (maybe 120). The
