[amsat-bb] Registration required for Colloquium SSTL visit

As part of this weekendsAMSAT-UK International Space Colloquium in Guildford, UK there will be two opportunities to visit the satellite facilities at 
the Surrey Satellite Technology Limited (SSTL) Kepler building.
