but not dissimilar to specialized non technical task.

But it doesnt matter...volunteer organizations usually become exactly what
the "volunteer" BOD wants them to be and Amsat NA will remain how
it is as long as the current BOD remains...and that will only change
when the membership demands it.  Amsat NA has morphed into a "NASA"
sort of organization.

I should have checked in more detail...was trying to finish a report on the 767 I am ferrying a week from now to S2 land.  I am going to get to see another AMSAT close up and it will be interesting to observe the differences.  73's RGO
