Do we know for a fact that they ahve not gotten regulatory approval? I was talking with an Iridium representative who is also a ham about an airplane issue (that is likely to delay our ferry) and this person "seemed" to thing that 1) they had gotten the issues worked out and 2) as long as they did not activate the phone, if they had not, no one cared...
