[amsat-bb] Re: Three CubeSats from Santa Clara University

It isn't regulatory approval.  The ship has sailed by then.  I'd love to
see a trusted friendly PSR (prior starting review) to help them select
reasonable achievable goals.  The projects sound awesome, seem ambitious,
 and get launched (if the get that far) and fail to achieve much on orbit.
 The single independent study course or senior design project is not enough
continuity and memory to work well...
