Hi Douglas,

Look at http://www.pe0sat.vgnet.nl/2013/sound-card-modem/ there are two 
files available. These are recorded with SDR# and a FUNcube Dongle Pro +

Could you let me know if you are successful in decoding the 9600 baud 
data.
