Jan,

Sometimes there is a delay transitioning the satellites between lists from
Celestrak.  The only place I could find them is directly from
SPACE-TRACK.ORG. If they do not appear in a day or so, check with Tim Kelso
at celestrak.com.

Thanks for reading. The CubeSats STRAND 1 and AAUSAT3 are no longer 
part of tle-new.txt
but I can't find them in any of the other tle file. Does anybody now 
where they will be
part of?
