I am currently working on Nova for Windows but first i am concentrating on moving the antenna manually 
using ARSWIN.

And we have confirmed that the parallel port and the connecting cable are perfectly fine.

BIOS setting?  On most PCs, the parallel port can be configured in one of 3 modes.  You might try the other settings...
