[amsat-bb] Sat for emergency use

I am not sure that I would count any Satellite out when it comes to
emergency use... especially if I lived in some remote part of India. Or any
where else that was remote. I think Gilligan and the Skipper would agree
with me. That this resource may not have been used for this purpose at this
point does not mean that it won"t in the future. Me, I will sleep better
tonight knowing I have the option. kb3pmr
