[amsat-bb] CubeBug-1 also hit by Soviet space debris

EXA in Ecuador is reporting that as well as NEE-01 Pegasus the Argentinian CubeSat CubeBug-1 was also hit by space debris.

CubeBug-1, NEE-01 Pegasus and TURKSAT-3USAT (Mode J Linear transponder) were all deployed from the same launch vehicle on April 26.
