[amsat-bb] AO-27 recovery operations underway

Recovery operations are underway again for AO-27. We will try to keep the
website up to date with any infomation.

We could definitely use another FM bird, so let's hope they are able to get
it going again. Maybe I'm a good luck charm - I just sent a QSL card to
N5TRR for my last QSO on AO-27, just minutes before it failed last year,
stating "Last operational orbit of AO-27" in the comment field. I'd be
happy to be wrong about that!
