[amsat-bb] FUNCube-1 information

AMSAT-UK IS. beginning to release information on FUNCube-1. Visit their forum at 
http://forum.funcube.org.uk/ as a starting point.
So far they have posted the FUNCube Handbook, an overview and audio of their telemetry
For  testing in wav file format. They will be announcing the release of their dashboard software
In the near future.
