I've been using SDR# with my FunCube Dongle Pro and have been very pleased

Just looking at sdr, might order one of these.  What is
the most popular windows software to use with it if you
just what to use it as a receiver?  LSB USB & digital.
Does Spectravue allow you to do all that?
