It is indeed unfortunate to have the commendable efforts of the
volunteer contributors and editorial staff to the AMSAT Journal be
undone by problems at a PAID contractor.

If you have not received your 2013 September/October AMSAT Journal via
the postal mail please let the AMSAT office know via e-mail at
