[amsat-bb] SatPC32 Registration

I need some advice on how to solve this.
I downloaded  and installed SatPC32 V.12.8b a few weeks ago and got it up and working as it should.It is a cool program.
I also  ordered the Registration on paypal last week , but have yet to receive the registration information email.
I sent an email and called the 1-888 number and so far no response.
Any suggestion on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
