You would think that any intelligence with the technology to travel between
the stars in a reasonable amount of time would certainly have the technology
(and wisdom) to hide from us. I sometimes wonder about my pug and cat
sometimes anyway.

The Fermi Paradox asks, if there are other intelligent civilizations in the
galaxy, why have they not come to visit us?
