David - thanks for the information.

Bullet points :-

- We will lose 2350-2390MHz and 3410-3475MHz

- We will gain 2300-2302MHz

- We will retain 2310-2350MHz, 2390 - 2400MHz and 3400-3410MHz  (and  
of course keep 2400-2450 which was not part of this)

- Changes will take effect 1 year from now, so we have 12 months to  
make any changes

There is other detail as well, it's worth reading the Ofcom document;  
I just had a quick scan this morning.

This will have some considerable impact on some users :-

Any ATV operation between 2350 and 2390 MHz will have to move frequency.

ALL transmitting activiites above 3410MHz will have to cease.  This  
means that any ATV repeaters will have to change frequency, and we  
won't be able to transmit on 3456MHz to the moon.  I presume that we  
will still be able to (unofficially) receive on 3456MHz, and accept  
any interference.  Not sure how long it will take before 3456 is used  
commercially, if it isn't already.
