[amsat-bb] New Full Duplex HT: Wouxun KG-UV8D

The new Wouxun KG-UV8D looks like a very interesting HT and may
potentially be useful for FM satellite operations as it does have full
duplex functionality.

The question is whether or not the receiver desenses too much to be
useful for full duplex V/U FM satellite work like the Puxing and
Alinco models. I look forward to seeing reports.
