I ask about that yearly at Dayton. The answers, when not blank expressions, are along the lines of
"Satellite operators already know this, and are a tiny fraction of our market compared to APRS."
Obviously my suggestion that adding the phrase "Full Duplex Satellite Capable" might increase that
fraction has fallen on deaf ears.
