[amsat-bb] ISS SSTV Aug 27 1100-1300 GMT

ISS is passing by FN10, Lancaster Pennsylvania, USA now (15:28 UTC). It had a 3 min, 60 dB over 9 quiet carrier with no audio on 148.800 MHz. No SSTV signal. Something keyed the transmitter but no audio.
