[amsat-bb] FUNcube-1 AO73 mode changed

Hi All,

During the 22:35UTC pass over Europe this evening, FUNcube-1 was returned to autonomous operation and will now switch between amateur and education modes as she moves from eclipse into sunlight.

The FUNcube team are considering whether to extend the usual “weekend” amateur mode period over the upcoming holiday period. We might leave the spacecraft in amateur mode between say, the 23rd December and the 4th of January. If you have any education outreach activities planned over this period, where this proposal could interfere with your event, could you please contact us at operations at funcube.org.uk
