Hi to all...
From a few days now (3 actually) I have been monitoring the ISS APRS
digipiter, and seems to me that the power has been turned down or
equipment changed...
Today I conducted a (long delayed) maintenance to my 3 antennas on the
back yard, two J-poles and the HF doublet...
I was worried about the performance of my antennas, nope... SWR is 1.2
and lower on the two J-poles... and I can reach the usual local and
quasi-dx repiters in my area... (hombrew copper pipe J-Poles and AH
LDF-4 on both...)
So, I'm right? ISS APRS equipment has reduced power?
I remember working ISS APRS with this setup and signals was very strong,
now I have to open the squelch to hear something...
