[amsat-bb] ISS voice over is announcing countries

I heard the SSTV signal from the ISS last pass 1355z here in FM29. I heard 2
separate transmissions, received almost full quieting here. Only problem is
I'm running MixW and it doesn't have a PD180 option, anyone know of a good
SSTV program that does PD180 :-(

My Russian is shamefully rusty but I heard the female voice underneath the
signals announcing Spain, France, Ireland and Germany as they were
sub-station. I have recoredd the transmission through mmstv and will listen
again later. Perhaps our Russian-speaking friends can enlighten us further?
