[amsat-bb] Has anyone heard the 9600 baud signals from Spinsat?

I think the reports of a 9600 bps transmitter on the amateur bands was
wrong. No documentation I've found about the satellite indicates it
carries a transmitter there. Plus it has no solar panels.
