[amsat-bb] FUNcube/AO73 mode switch for the Festive Season

Hi Folks,

   We have now switched FUNcube/AO-73 onto full time transponder mode 
(with low power beacon), and intend to leave it this way for the 
Holiday, so enjoy the transponder.
