[amsat-bb] No amateur beacon on Spinsat

Hi,
When Spinsat was released from the ISS last November, there were reports that a beacon on 437.230 was on board.  I listened for it on several passes but never heard anything.  I contacted the Spinsat project and they confirm there is no beacon operating in the amateur band.  The IARU does have a frequency coordinated for Spinsat but it was not used.
