[amsat-bb] Non-receipt of the Journal .....now received

Tom,

Glad to hear it.  Periodicals, which are not sent first class, can vary greatly in the delivery date.  In the 25+ years I have lived here in Tennessee, I have always gotten the AMSAT Journal, QST, CQ, QEX, and non-ham publications after nearly everyone else has received theirs.  Often a week or more later.  The local joke involves something about arriving by mule.
