[amsat-bb] Japanese amateur satellite launch Thursday GMT

It's a busy week for satellites, as well as five amateur ISS CubeSats that will hopefully be deployed on Friday at 0730 GMT there are also seven Japanese amateur radio satellites planned to launch on Thursday at 1807 GMT.
