[amsat-bb] driver problems

Hi,  i purchased a Kenwwod USB IF232 cat interface for my TS790a to automatically change my up and downlink frequencies. I'm having problems tring to get the drivers installed. I downloaded the drivers, but keep getting a mesage "no drivers installed" anyone using this unit?. 
Any help will be appreciated, i bought it from ZLP Electronics in the U.K.  73 de Scott VE6ITV
