[amsat-bb] arduino balloon beacon via the ISS

Hi all,
Was doing some snooping on some of the arduino libraries available.
If the chip is aware of it's lat/long and time, via gps, how difficult
would it be to calculate the AOS/LOS of the ISS? Given is an appropriate
TLE set, of course.
