[amsat-bb] ISEE-3/ICE recovery efforts: telemetry display LIVE on www.amsat-dl.org

Dear all,

we try once more to guide ISEE-3 back to planet Earth and fire the
thrusters for a trajectory bound for a moon swing by on August 10th.
Uplink commands will be sent by the Arecibo radio observatory and the
downlink is handled by the Bochum observatory and AMSAT-DL.
